Refund Policy

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for funds deposited into your Marginal Capital account or for investment plans purchased.


2. No Guarantee on Trading Losses

Except where a plan explicitly provides for an insurance mechanism (e.g., 80% capital protection for covered plans), no refunds will be issued for losses resulting from market performance or investment activities.


3. Insured Investment Plans

For plans with capital protection:

  • Refunds up to the specified percentage of principal may be issued where losses occur.
  • Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from end of plan cycle.
  • Verification and settlement will be completed within 45 days of receipt of a valid claim.

4. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel a plan purchase within a specified cooling‑off period as expressly stated at point of sale, provided no trading activity has commenced.


5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued via the same Mobile Money or Orange Money account used for the original deposit.


6. Dispute Resolution

Disagreements over refunds should be submitted in writing to our support department; unresolved disputes may be escalated to arbitration in accordance with these Terms.
